When Good Things Happen…

Hey Friends! 

Many people with anxiety tend to think that good things in life are inevitably followed by something bad. They're always bracing themselves for the worst and find it hard to enjoy the moment because they're constantly worrying about the future. 

But sometimes, good things are just good things, and it's okay to enjoy them without fearing the unknown.🎉. 

Newsflash, you can't predict the future! But you can focus on the present and appreciate the positive things happening right now. Instead of always expecting the worst, try to savor the good moments and take them in for what they are. This will help you break the cycle of anxiety and fear and focus on the positive aspects of life.🌞

Remember, you deserve to enjoy the good things that come your way, and you're capable of finding joy and happiness in the present moment. If you can’t predict the future, or control everything that happens, just focus on the good things right in front of you and pay attention to the only things you can control: 1. Your attitude 2. Your effort & 3. Your Actions.😊
