Use This Affirmation When You’re Feeling Anxious

Hey Friends! 

"It's okay to feel anxious, and I accept my feelings without judgment. I know that anxiety does not define me, and I am more than my thoughts and emotions. I choose to accept the present moment and trust that the future will unfold in its own time. Instead of worrying about what's to come, I focus on the now and take small steps toward my future health, happiness, and prosperity. I am worthy of love, joy, and inner peace, and I am committed to taking care of myself in every moment."

 

Repeat this affirmation to yourself whenever you need a reminder to stay grounded in the present moment and trust in your own strength and resilience. By accepting your feelings without judgment and focusing on small steps toward your future goals, you can manage your anxiety and find inner peace and happiness.
