When You’re Feeling Tired In The Morning… (As A Joke)

Hey Friends!
When you're feeling tired in the morning, give yourself 8-10 hours to prepare for the day!
That's right, instead of trying to force yourself out of bed and rushing around like a maniac, just set your alarm for 10 hours earlier than you need to wake up. Then, spend the next 8-10 hours leisurely preparing for the day ahead.
You can start by stretching and doing some light exercises to get your blood flowing. Then, take a long, luxurious shower and indulge in some skincare rituals. After that, enjoy a delicious breakfast, sip on some coffee or tea, and catch up on your favorite TV shows or books.
By the time your actual wake-up time rolls around, you'll be feeling refreshed, energized, and ready to take on the day - or go back to sleep! Whatever works for you!
All joking aside, we all have these days. It’s quite common. Especially if you have mental health battles, you’re having to deal with. But the next time you experience such a day, don’t be too harsh on yourself! Prioritize making small steps (even if it’s just to get out of bed to eat something to take a shower!) and aim to be 1% better tomorrow!
