How To Know When You’re Overwhelmed?

Hey Friends, 

I see many individuals struggle with the symptoms of being overwhelmed.

Here are a few key indicators to look for:

  1. You're having trouble sleeping. 💤 Difficulty falling or staying asleep can be a sign that your mind is racing and your stress levels are high. 
  2. You can't concentrate. 🤯 If you're finding it hard to focus on your tasks, it may be a sign that you're feeling overwhelmed. 
  3. You're easily irritated. 😠 Feeling easily frustrated or irritable can be a sign that you're feeling stressed and need to take a step back. 
  4. You're constantly feeling tired. 💤 Even if you're getting enough sleep, feeling constantly exhausted can be a sign of emotional burnout. 

If you're experiencing any of these symptoms, it's important to take a step back and prioritize self-care. 💆‍♀️

Don't be afraid to reach out to friends, family, or a mental health professional for support.

Remember, it's okay to not be okay and seeking help is a sign of strength. 💪
