Are You Rehearsing Conversations In Your Head?

🤔 Do you ever catch yourself constantly rehearsing a conversation in your head before it even happens? 💭 This habit can lead to making a lot of assumptions about the other person and increase overall anxiety (which makes you want to avoid the conversation in the first place!).
💆♀️ But don't fret; there's a solution! The key to breaking this cycle is to learn how to let go of the constant need to be in control.
🧘♀️ Instead of constantly playing out scenarios in your head, focus on the present moment and practice mindfulness.
Also, remind yourself that sometimes it’s okay to say something awkward! 📝 By doing so, you can release the hold that these thoughts have on you and reduce stress and anxiety.
💆♀️ Remember, sometimes the best way to control a situation is to let go of control.
